Accommodation:
The hotel boasts 173 well-appointed rooms/suites, each designed for relaxation and equipped with separate living / eating and bedroom areas and some rooms also offering kitchenettes.
Amenities:
Two outdoor pool areas. The main pools are central in the accommodation, comprising of a main pool, a separate kids paddle pool and a waterslide splash pool. The pools were very clean and well maintained. On the roof of one of the buildings, overlooking the entire hotel, sits a separate pool and bar, exclusively available for All Inclusive Plus guests.
The on-site restaurant, bar & spa facilities provide a great range of food, drink and relaxation opportunities. The hammam, sauna and cold water immersion are fantastic for a real break and chance to rejuvenate. Although being AI plus guests has a number of advantages, we did find the management of premium drinks list, quite restrictive. However, it didn’t take away from our experience as a whole, and we had a good time.
Service:
The staff at PlayaPark Zensation are known for their friendliness & professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. There is also lots to do for the kids with a super friendly kids entertainment team.
Amadou Lo serves great cocktails and is a friendly feature to the excellent team at the hotel.
Gino the entertainments manager provides great entertainment around the pool area, be sure to check his weekly live sangria station.
Location:
Situated in Corralejo in the north of the island of Fuerteventura, the hotel offers convenient access to some of the most renowned beaches of the island and next to the Natural Park of Corralejo, where you can enjoy many activities. There are local shops, restaurants and cafes within a short walk and weekly markets which are not to be missed. The main strip of shops and restaurants is easily accessible via taxi and a slightly longer walk which we enjoyed on a number of occasions.
Guests can easily explore the vibrant surroundings or choose to unwind within the tranquil ambiance of the hotel.
Hair Braiding is available in the local market.
Our little one getting her hair braided, she absolutly loved it and her hair looked fabulous.
A must try is Q’Frio in town for exceptional Ice cream and Milkshakes. Super friendly and delicious!

Pros:
Great in room amenities, nice pools and spa facilities and a great range of food through the day with plenty of snacks between meal times.
Cons:
Cocktail menu is limited and not all spirits are included in the AI or AI plus packages but the hotel will try to accommodate by swapping spirits for AI Plus guests, upon request.

Having the option of All Inclusive boarding, as well as a kitchenette in our room, made it much easier with our 1 year old. Short flight times and brilliant weather, make this island and hotel very appealing!
